Procedures are priced separately and listed on our Pricing page. Appointment bookings will be adjusted to the correct type if needed at the discretion of the office.

We are a direct care practice that does not bill or participate with any insurance plans. Payment is due in full at time of service.

We require 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule all appointments without exception. Failure to do so or missing an appointment will incur a non-refundable auto-charged fee.
