We are a direct care practice that does not bill or participate with any insurance plans. Payment is due in full at time of service. All appointment bookings are subject to review and approval by the office and will be adjusted if needed prior to confirmation. We require 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule all appointments without exception. Failure to do so or missing an appointment will incur a non-refundable fee.
